Insurance backed guarantees

All installations carried out by Paxtons are covered by our insurance-backed guarantees.

Each product has its own guarantee, reflecting the guarantee offered by the manufacture and the type of product installed. Details of the guarantee included with your home improvement will form part of your quotation along with any extra cover offered by a manufacturer on a particular range or product.

For extra peace-of-mind, all Paxtons’s guarantees are covered by DGCOS (Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme) insurance-backed guarantees.

And, in the unlikely event you need to report an issue, our after sales team will assess the problem, liaise with the manufacturer, if required, and carry out the necessary work, if the issue falls within the scope of the guarantee. For problems that are not covered by our guarantte, or occur after the guarantee period has ended, we can still carry out repairs on Paxtons’s installations but on a fee basis – quotations can be supplied prior to the work being started.
