Occasionally things do go wrong and when this happens Paxtons Home Improvements has a clear procedure to ensure that customers can access the help they need to resolve any complaints they may have.

The after-sales team will work with our manufacturers and Paxton’s Installation Manager and Installation Director to answer your question or resolve the problem.

If you are contacting them directly, please have your invoice or quotation number and guarantee details available.

In the unlikely event that your issue is not handled to your satisfaction, Paxtons will direct you to the DGCOS (The Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme), if applicable. The DGCOS represents the customer in any dispute and can only be instructed by the customer. This service is included free as part of your DGCOS registration.
