Our Hup! modular building system allows us to complete your new extension much quicker than traditional building methods. And, off-site manufacture means that the quality of construction is always maintained. Best of all, building work is possible in almost all weather conditions – keeping disruption to your home life to a minimum!
The following picture feature shows the typical timings for the construction of one of our hup! extensions. We’ve also included the planning process and new base construction which are optional services.
For a new extension constructed on an existing conservatory base our team would expect to be with you for just 3 weeks!
Hup! – fast build in almost any weather
Week 1 – Installation of modular wall and roof panels – construction watertight
Week 2 – Install windows, doors and rooflights. Plaster walls and ceiling. Electrics.
Week 3 – External finishes, final clean and tidy – Completed hup!

Advice and quotation
At Paxtons we employ consultants with many years experience in home improvements so you'll benefit from the best advice and choice of products. And our comprehensive quotations provide full product descriptions, clear pricing and ordering instructions.
Survey and supply
On acceptance of the quotation, our surveyor will visit your home to confirm dimensions, run through the scope of the improvement and assess access and services for our installation teams. When everything is agreed, we will start the manufacturing process.
Expert installation
Every home improvement ordered from Paxtons is overseen by one of our project managers and is installed by our own FENSA approved installation teams. And the final installation is covered by our Independent Network insurance-backed guarantees.
